I think that the duration is correct since you can 4040 it and 33% recast on weapon spells would be too OP without the "easy" possibility of Enchantment removal. But, It could be a skill similar to ritual lord/soul twisting and giving this boost to the next weapon spell used ? SuxToBeYou 21:27, 26 July 2011 (UTC)

I agree with Kali, revert it's duration and recharge. The recharge itself makes this elite elite worthy again, no need to balance it out on that. Da Mystic Reaper 22:19, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
