Too powerful. Nearby range is deathly - in HA, that's the equivalent of dropping one or two global Energy Surges. Combine with Deep Freeze for more fun. NuVII 10:45, 18 October 2009 (UTC)

Mesmer class in theme is something like "Psshaaw I can do that, but I can do it better!" - Take IW for example... so this fits their theme appropriately their not trying to be ele -Talamare- feedback 12:54, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
