A message from the Canthan Union of Xunlai Agents[edit]

Sorry Xunlai Agents need to work too (I don't support this) --you like that don't you..The Holy Dragons 09:20, 27 June 2011 (UTC)

This wouldn't affect the Xunlai Agents; you would still have to visit them to unlock storage. The proposal is to replace the chests with menu and game options. — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 16:31, 27 June 2011 (UTC)
I support the idea of a hotkey for the storage panel, but for people new to gw they may not notice Xunlai is for storage unless they either start at NF who got a quest for it or see some sort of box thingy hanging around K61824 00:57, 12 July 2011 (UTC)
I suppose it would be fine for ANet to retain the xunlai storage icons as NPCs, but the point would be that there's no reason to require walking up to them, clicking on that NPC. How often does someone enter an outpost and not want to visit storage? (only happens when you are continent traveling). — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 01:21, 12 July 2011 (UTC)
/signed. Definately a hotkey and autoshow option. --Falconeye 03:48, 12 July 2011 (UTC)
/signed. A hotkey or an autoshow would be great. If autoshow, though, it should be an interface option to turn it off. I doubt many would, but people still collect old-school weapons. ANYTHING is possible. The way things are for me, when I'm farming I frequently exit the zone by going to my guild hall, because the Xunlai and the merchant are right in front of me every time. Have you ever tried chasing down the Xunlai in Seitung Harbor after farming Jaya Bluffs? It's like 10 miles or something. Daddicus 06:22, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
Seitung... at least I can find it. Some of the Echovald and Jade Sea outposts... sigh: long walk and still can't find 'em. Thanks for taking the time to comment. — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 07:45, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
Sorry. After I wrote that, I remembered trying to find the Xunlai in HzH and realized I picked the wrong example. But, I've been farming a lot from Seitung lately, so it was fresh in my mind. Daddicus 22:01, 2 August 2011 (UTC)
Soz, myself: I think Seitung is a great example: it's too far and it's not in an obvious location (also: not near portals). But as bad as it is...it's even worse in other outposts. — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 22:37, 2 August 2011 (UTC)

I totally agree with this idea. the amount of time i've spent walking to merchant, realizing i need xunlai storage first, spending a minute searching for that, then finally walking back to that merchant! --Ajna 21:53, 21 September 2011 (UTC)
