Remotely possible?[edit]

I'm far from being an expert in programming, but if this were possible, I would be impressed. Especially considering it would need to account for other roles such as panic, imba, or any number of circumstantial necessities dependent on the mission. PUGs are largely luck-of-the-draw. If you're concerned about performance, have players ping their bars so you can at least be sure they have a decent set of skills. Beyond that, you can't really do anything to ensure talent in a PUG. I couldn't begin to number the times I've wound up in a group with an incompetent monk or a rit who got himself killed by rushing in ahead of everyone else to lay down spirits. Just gotta swallow the frustration and try again. Lysander 02:40, 2 January 2012 (UTC)

Automatic System in Place[edit]

As far as I know, your rewards are based on how much you contribute to the group. It happens automatically. If you do squat all, you also get less rewards. At least that's how it seems to work for big dynamic events and world bosses. I would imagine the dungeons to work the same. Vipar January 2012
