Well your idea has already been implemented in GW1, two times, you can see that on the wiki Brand the Boss. Nonetheless it's a good idea, but it's all up to the developers. AngelsTear 14:47, 17 August 2011 (UTC)

The entire Feedback space is one giant contest (the only reward: seeing your idea in the game). So, why not create another article here, allow anyone to add 1-5 suggestions of their own. And, since it would be your idea, decide how you would like to choose a half a dozen winners/runners-up (I'm sure some people would offer to help with in-game rewards).

I realize this isn't really the same as what you'd like to see. However, this gives you a chance to implement (as well as conceive) the project and offer the best of the bunch ideas to ANet.
