• Shield of Judgment = If it triggers just once it sounds okay... else -> completely OP
• Word of Censure = OP
• Balthazar's Pendulum = Recharge up to 20+ sec else -> OP
• Defender's Zeal sounds strange to me, should be tested
• Judge's Intervention is nearly the same as "Reversal of Damage" also "Reversal of Damage" is way better than this one.
• Smite Hex = well as it is
• Spear of Light = Recharge up to 12-15 sec
• Kirin's Wrath = OP
• Banish = OP, keep it on single target, rest is ok

Took most of your advice and revamped the suggestions. I realize Banish was OP but I'm still sad to see so many direct damage skills in the smiting line that I don't really ever see being used. I think they'd have to change a lot of functions for things like Banish and Smite to see play because simply buffing them into use would probably end with a revert or more nerfings.
