Multiple skill sets?

Do these have multiple skill sets? I see a flame artifact, an earth scroll, and a frost artifact in these three different versions (the wands are screwy, too, the frost artifact is paired with an air wand, flame artifact with an earth wand, and a water wand with the earth scroll). -- FreedomBound 17:25, 28 May 2010 (UTC)
