It's a signature image, so it can't be any larger than 19 pixels or it always bumps the text below it down a bit. It's part of GWW:SIGN, I believe. -- Armond Warblade 06:27, 18 February 2008 (UTC)

The image does not qualify for deletion. All that needs to be done is that the user adds |19px after .png there is no point in putting that deletion tag. i have left a message on the users talk page and if he does not respond and/or fix it, it will be dealt with.
