[IOMW]'s Monday Event

Recruitment Drive

Our current Monday Event is "Recruitment Drive", on this day from 18:00 to 19:00 (GMT) every guild member will have the chance to go on a recruitment drive ("fun") at Shing Jea Monastry. This event is primarily aimed at aiding in our community growth, so that our family can become greater and more diverse. Also this event is a good tactic of increasing your zeal. Below are equations to explain further -

Attending event + Recruiting Members = Alot of Zeal

e.g 50 Zeal + 200 Zeal = 250 Zeal 

       In this example they recruited 4 people not within any bonus weeks.

Rewards

For this event the only reward is in Zeal. However that should not deter you from taking part.
