Installation notes

As described on the extension website with the following configuration settings in LocalSettings.php:

$wgGroupPermissions['*']['interwiki'] = false;
$wgGroupPermissions['sysop']['interwiki'] = true;

This extension should be added to both GWW and GW2W.

Reason for request

This both provides sysops a way to quickly and easily adjust the interwiki table as needed without the need for repeated technical administration requests, and provides editors with a way to easily view what interwiki prefixes are available to them.
