10 (24) version[edit]
In Haiju Lagoon, the Afflicted Mesmer is 10 (24). I only observed these skills:
10 Illusion Magic normal mode, 20 Illusion Magic hard mode
Accumulated Pain
Images of Remorse
Kitah's Burden
Stolen Speed (Hard mode only)
Even having enchantments up and lowering the afflicted mesmer's health, I did not observe Drain Enchantment or Ether Feast. Since there is a 14 (24) version that's also listing the two mentioned skills, I'm guessing there are two different level 24 hard mode versions and it's not a typo. This will need to investigated.
