>.< so what happened to messing with stuff in game for april fools? Switching mini size and player size, players all being mini gwen dolls and such. I appriciate the quests, but they dont have an april fools feel to them. Just special quests. Not messing with anybody. No one is going to sign in and be all omg whats going on? - It does seem like the point of it has been lost; it's just building on last years prank (the fake Commando profession announcement) without there actually being a prank this year. I can't say I mind though. I prefer that there's a quest with some reward instead of just a novelty cosmetic change, which I don't think many would have fallen for since most people playing the game now, I'm sure, would be expecting something like that to be merely a joke after what's happened in previous years. Someone in the game earlier today said that Arena Net are being lazy. It's quite ironic then that compared with all previous years, this is the biggest effort - in terms of designing and putting out new content; it even has a revised Prophecies cutscene dropped in there for good measure - that they've ever made for an April Fools' day. - A simple prank is seen once and gets old like that, but you get to play around in outpost with other people. A mini-mission quest is something you can do, and explore the areas and enjoy a lot too, and has neat rewards on top, but you have to do it alone, so it many not be as fun for everyone. Both have their merits, and the which one is better is a matter of taste. I prefer the quest because it's very fun to see all those jokes and references, and you get to talk about them later in outposts, and well, it helps low levels gain some exp, give everyone some points for vanguard. And when they get stronger, when you join a party with them and they select the title, the stronger they are, the more they help the party. Mith

- He was added at around midnight April 1 PDT when the update was released and removed without an update at midnight April 3 PDT. --Silver Edge 07:14, 4 April 2012 (UTC)
