Original skill stats?

The Energy costs and recharge times listed for the original version of this skill were not actually initially listed. I have included statistics as I currently recall them, considering that the earliest history of the skill page (not its skill history page) did not include infoboxes and the like at the time. Thus, I am unable to cross-check the accuracy of the 10 Energy cost and 10-second recharge time - though I am quite sure of myself on the former of the two. Confirmation would be appreciated.
