Test: Signets w/o activation times.....

Fairly late reply, but from what I've seen, it's like Dwarven Stability. It queues, and when used you'll stop moving/attacking, but can begin moving/attacking again instantly. --Kenny7220 00:54, 2 January 2011 (UTC)
