I've seen indications on the web that this item can be replicated, but for the life of me, I cannot find a mod that would get the HCT Restoration Magic 20%. Can someone enlighten me? --Rohar (talk|contribs) 19:52, 30 April 2007 (EDT)

You are right, "Aptitude not Attitude" would get you HCT 20% for Spawning Power, not Restoration Magic. Sorry, I wasn't awake: get a Spawning Staff from Dye Master Franjek in Maatu Keep for 5 Pulsating Growths, add Hale Staff Head & Staff Wrapping of Fortitude. Health +30...Health +30...this staff has 2 +30 when its suppose to be +60, I'm guessing its a bug after one of the old updates or it could be just Health +30 twice.
