You turned into a Black Moa Chick, but did Black Moa Chick Form or Disguised appear in your effects monitor? Most likely the latter, so Black Moa Chick Form no longer exists in-game. Proposed changes for tonic and tonic form pages were discussed, but no one got around to applying those changes. --Silver Edge 17:39, 2 April 2016 (UTC)
