Nothing is said about "best spell casters." Plus, it was only 3 towards the war. Also, just because they are known for fiercness in melee, doesn't mean they specialize in it. And, those enemies were added in Prophecies (exluding the shaman, Torg), before the Ecology of the Charr, and thus the lore on the Charr Legions. So there was no "best in...." in prophecies. Also, how do we not know that is a different warband than the Blood warband that is within the Blood Legion which is the '"melee" part?
