Obviously, this is to simulate a skeleton's inherent armor bonus vs. piercing damage. Paddymew 07:54, 11 February 2009 (UTC)
Applies to one piece?[edit]
- "This bonus is not global and applies only to the armor piece equipped with the insignia."
Umm, what? I can't tell whether this is trying to say that the bonus is only in effect while the piece with the insignia is worn (which is obvious and needn't be said at all), or that the bonus is only in effect for damage done to the region protected by the piece with the insignia (which I'm pretty sure is impossible since GW does not have context-sensitive damage). Does anyone have any insight? I'm thinking this line should just be removed from the article. 24.72.13.24 15:18, 17 June 2010 (UTC)
- To answer your question, this is on virtually every article, and is not being removed because it applies to this. Whenever you take damage, you have 3/8 chance of it being on your body, 2/8 for legs, and 1/8 for head, arms and legs. So, that's pretty much it, it only applies in that specific spot. 96.245.174.169 19:48, 21 July 2010 (UTC)
