War Preparations

Can someone tell me if there is any difference in:

1. War Preparations (Recruit Training) Primary quest
2. War Preparations (Wind and Water) Primary quest
3. War Preparations (Ghost Reconnaissance) Primary quest

Have to? They are all pre-reqs for The Time is Nigh; I don't see how you can avoid doing each.  — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 09:25, 8 April 2011 (UTC)
