- The damage is standard for a 5 energy spell with that recharge and the effect is interesting, and even powerful for that kind of hex. I'm suprised I missed this skill before, I really like it, but with steam combos taking up half my bar I don't think I have room. Nice skill though. Dancing Gnome 10:03, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
Question: when used in combination with Ice Spikes, does it only slow the creature you cast Chilling Winds on longer than normal or does CW affect the whole spell and will all targets in the spell's area be slowed 100% longer? This --> Freezing Gust --> Gust seems to be the best combo for using Gust, but I also like to use this in conjunction with Icy Shackles. Chao 15:47, 24 February 2009 (UTC)
