Blood Drinker country is obviously a reference to a line in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Scene itself Oh and "All work and no play" is obviously reference to "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy"-proverb. And is More cowbell reference to SNL? Not perfectly sure about that.
