People used to just mindlessly spam this skill and think they're brilliant to have triggered a KD on a newb that didn't know to wait between the 5sec recharge to start running. Nevertheless its an elite Bulls strike with +adr. bonus on hit with same recharge now, the minor nerf barely diminishes its elite status. -Wrei110.175.241.56 11:10, 27 January 2012 (UTC)
