Safe way to win[edit]
The normal mode version mentions pulling the Luxon diplomats back onto the bridge with minions. This can be taken a step farther, and the diplomats can be pulled back farther along the path behind their spawn point. There is also a boss spawn back there which can be cleared for a morale boost. Once the diplomats are out of the way, the Ministry and Am Fah will fight it out (in my instance, the Am Fah wiped the floor with the Ministry.) Once there is only one faction of enemies left, you can carefully pick off each remaining groups. The first "group" may be more than one group (and therefore separable with a long bow) and then there 2-3 more spawns. As long as you stay on the path, the remaining groups should be easy to kill.
