Possible Bug

So I've tried this quest twice now and the second wave of Afflicted doesn't spawn. I even went afk to work for 9 hours with with my party right on top of the chef and nothing happened. Does it seriously take like 10 hours to give like 8 homeless people soup? Jmz 06:27, 19 August 2007 (UTC)

if you cross the bridge after the first wave the second is actually fighting a group of guards around Aiko, when you defeat them it updates your quest.Jaxgreystar 17:46, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

ROJ
