Trivia

In some cases the changes are not very important, but there are some, like Otyugh's Cry, which were very radical changes. Those could be briefly noted next to the skill in the list. MithTalk 14:35, 13 May 2008 (UTC)

Historical

I somehow feel like old functionalities are 'historical content', since they existed and are definitely gone.
But the skills are active and working, even after the change. Also, Trivia has been used for a long time for notes like "Prior to [date] this was [old stuff]" If people enough feel like the list is more 'historical content' than trivia, then the list could be separated form this page, linked under a 'See also' and categorized as 'Historical content'. If not enough people agree with that, it should stay here as a Trivia. MithTalk 14:35, 13 May 2008 (UTC)

List of skills

I suggest removing the list of skills from the article:

• It's never been complete.
• It gets further out of date with each skill overhaul.
• It's hard to verify any particular entry.

If people think it's important to have a list on a single page, I recommend:

• Turning that part of the article into a subpage.
• Creating a template specifically to note skills that have changed in functionality. This could be incorporated into a skill history template, e.g. {{skill history details|function=yes|changed=details}} would produce the snippet that says the skill has changed in functionality, add it to a changed functionality category, and allow the wiki to use DPL to dynamically generate a list (if the page uses a skill infobox and is in the appropriate category...)

Either way, it's a lot of work to get the current list into a more manageable state. 75.37.23.186 20:07, 7 December 2012 (UTC)
