VQ[edit]

Eastern Frontier has the biggest problem with these guys being exceptional healers. My question is, would complicate be a good skill to bring because no matter what it disables it is a win right? --SuperPudz 05:43, 15 February 2011 (UTC)

Probably yes. I've not messed with Complicate much, but if you're getting 2-4 Ulodytes and they're pwning you badly, it definitely looks like a good option. Note, ofc, that it interrupts skills, not spells, so if the warriors have Heal Sig your heroes might go for that, too. --76.166.187.131 21:58, 11 April 2011 (UTC)
I WISH I got 2-4 of them... I've never seen a zone with anywhere near the monk density of this one, and I'm on the last 4 VQ areas... I don't understand how a group of 4 people would kill a group of 6+ healers. Obviously the game's been dead for a while, but really, if they wanted to make an area difficult they should make it more challenging, rather than making you give up after 20 minutes of fighting one group... It would be one thing if there was enough damage to actually make it difficult, but there's not enough damage to cause any issue, it rather becomes a case of not wanting to spend 20 hours vanquishing a zone. 12.69.234.130 00:54, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
Joke suggestion: bring titan quest to eradicate them altogether! No but really, back in old vanquish days I brought a hero with BHA + epidemic with drain enchant to counter these - they really haven't had a buff since, so just be careful when aggroing + pull from miles away if you suspect patrol. I'd probably go headbutt/earthshaker for these critters + try and ball them up. Summons would be a good idea. File:User Chieftain Alex Chieftain Signature.jpg Chieftain Alex 01:32, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
