Asks for help, doesn't want non-Nightfall characters...[edit]
Every time I walk by, he asks for help. But since I'm from Tyria, he doesn't give me any quest... Should that be seen as bug? I understand that he doesn't give the quest to non-nightfall characters, but why ask for help anyway?--Cyberman
