No discussion? I'll start: Annoying skill I find. Basically a Mels Shot in dagger form. I don't see it played often, but it really does counter kiting monks in RA, when combined with Dash. The condition fuels Jungle Strike, and can be maintained if the foe is foolish enough to move while crippled. I guess I can understand it not being played, being a normal activation dagger attack unlike it's predecessor Black Mantis Thrust. Still, I think it's pretty cool for lower-end play with running wankers. Thoughts?
