What his location in the city? I ask this because I don't want to run around like a headless chicken in LA ;)

I've added "He stands just northeast of the large fountain in the center of town" under his location. Hope that helps new people. I had to find him myself. Wasn't that hard since I held down Alt. JDCAce 23:15, 14 January 2008 (UTC)

Can someone please link a picture of where he stands on the map, have been running about for ages now with no luck. Where is this Fountain :( ... Does not seem to be a "fountain" in Lions Arch, only the Mystic Forge, and the Lion.
