needed?[edit]

Is this page strictly necessary as all of this information is already available on each individual henchman’s page? Horton 17:39, 27 April 2008 (UTC)

It's a list, that equates to the old wiki's quick references - that's ok. —ZerphatalkThe Improver 20:36, 6 May 2008 (UTC)

I cleaned up the table a little (I think I did it right) and reworded the description. Is this a good setup to keep, or should the locations be put into the table as well, as opposed to keeping them in the description? And is there a better way to refer to the non-Zaishen henchmen than (role)? --salvius 02:46, 21 April 2009 (UTC)

Split proposal[edit]

I don't think we should remove any of the henchmen from this page, list of Factions henchmen is longer, however I don't have any problem with also having lists specifically for Guild Hall or Heroes' Ascent henchmen. -- User Gordon Ecker sig.png Gordon Ecker (talk) 11:32, 17 November 2009 (UTC)

I think that the list of henchmen, etc. should be on each page, but also combined on this page like
{{List of Guild Halls henchmen}}
{{List of Heroes' Ascent henchmen}}
{{List of Zaishen Challenges henchmen}}
That should deal with the split on this page and the merge on the actual Guild Halls henchmen page and for it all to match. If this would be a good idea to pass, I'd be willing to help. -- User Ariyen sig icon.gifriyen 07:48, 20 November 2009 (UTC)
I support transclusion, since it would keep the information synchronized. -- User Gordon Ecker sig.png Gordon Ecker (talk) 08:25, 20 November 2009 (UTC)
Should we put this in the requests for comment? -- User Ariyen sig icon.gifriyen 15:08, 20 November 2009 (UTC)
don't split, not that long anyways Mr Mantis 19:34, 20 November 2009 (UTC)
I support transclusion over splitting (i.e. moving the content into a new page, requiring people to follow links).   — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 05:18, 21 November 2009 (UTC)
I am also for transclusion. That does reduce the number of locations that need to be edited to make any changes, and it also allows easier addition of any additional sections if needed. 42 - talk 06:30, 22 November 2009 (UTC)
