Ranger/Mesmer

An R/Me using Greater Conflagration and Winter can use this skill to reduce almost all damage taken, and gain 2 energy every time they are physically attacked or elementally attacked. In fact, they don't have to have any points in Inspiration, since it gives the 2 energy and over 1/4 damage reduction at 0 Inspiration and recharges 10 seconds before it needs to be reused. Of course, if you use that ranger as part of a team (since it would likely be useless on its own), the entire team can reduce most damage they take and gain energy from it by using the Mantra. But greater conflagration doesn't affect elemental damage, the winter and conflag combo will change all elemental and physical damage to cold damage. Greater conflag alone will only change physical damage to fire damage. Necromas 05:13, 1 April 2010 (UTC)
