Dye Picture[edit]

So here's a picture of my monk wearing Elite Woven dyed black. It only effects the trim around the white parts. The part that is usually beige

Dye?[edit]

How does Dye affect this armor?

If someone had a picture I would love to see it.

Thanks.

I don't have a picture, but I saw someone in RA that had elite (female) woven dyed pink. The areas that were white in the picture were light pink. So those would be the dyable areas, I think. Probably same logic applies to males. So, the white parts dye. The color quality I dunno though. =( RitualRitualistDoll 16:03, 19 August 2008 (UTC)
Dye effects the small, colored strips that line the shiny fabric on the shoulders, skirk, and wraps. The entire sandal strap is effected. The majority of the clothing (the brown portion), the beads, and the tattoos cannot be dyed. - Xiao 00:22, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

What colour is best? I was thinking pink but i dont wanna waste my money and it turns out rubish ^^

Almost every combination turns in to some form of pink :(--71.114.152.187 07:24, 17 November 2008 (UTC)
I went with silver and blue :] I noticed there was reddy bits to the blue chain thingys around the skirt when it was grey, but now its blue there isnt any? Whats that about? D:

Clipping[edit]

On the female version of this armour, the right shoulder at the back clips through the shoulder strap. This is not noticeable when zoomed out, but if zoomed in it is quite distinct. There is also a tiny spot on the front of the right shoulder that bleeds through, but this is barely noticeable, even when zoomed in.

Dye[edit]

Having tried several colours and blends, the best are brown (which matches the tattoos), a mix of blue and green (which gives a turquoise that matches the belt),and white. Of those three, the most appealing to me was white. Also nice is a blend of brown and silver, to give a beige trim.
