I know there's people that doesn't like references, but I'm 99% sure that this NPC is a reference to the film Blue Thunder. In the film there was a new recruit to the team who's nickname was Jafo.. Which stood for Just Another Friggin Observer. To have an NPC called Observer Jahfoh is to much of a co-incidence to be not a reference, imo. Anon-e-mouse 18:12, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
