Wandering instead of fixe spawm

While doing this quest i search him on wiki's map spawn and i didn't find him.

I found him a bit more on the north but he was wandering, maybe patrolling around the rock formation

I found it at the same spot too.

Same for me. I found him wandering around to the north in the narrow canyon between points 3 and 4 on the provided map for reference. pjfresh 21:24, 10 February 2020 (UTC)
