Why??

Why is there this page with absolutely no content? Would a red link not the better case? Would that not better draw the attention of someone, who can really add some content to this page? I would vote for a deletion. Balwin 09:43, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

I disagree. With the page already layed out, there is less chance for error in the formatting and it is already marked with a stub, so anyone who knows about it will see it in the stub category and then can improve it. — ク Eloc 貢 00:48, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
