Above level 8?

Why does being above level 8 have anything to do with scamming? It doesn't take very long to get a character past level 8 so I don't see why this is a supposed suspicious level to be below. Also why level 8? how do i create character when i wright a name i cant create it says it need 2 or moore words

It means it's the highest level you can get to in pre without going over the wall. And 2 or more words means you've enterred a one-worded name. --Stokoe 17:59, 19 August 2008 (UTC)

"Xunlai transfer chest"

Any chance of the xunlai guild putting out a series of prototype chests that only accept items to safely store, with a promise that they'll be working for taking the items out 'soon'?

GW (anet) just needs to go to a trading system like the one in city of heros. this will put all but the end to trading scams.there should be some differents but the problem as a whole would all but die away.
