Talk:Rare crafting material

Does anyone know what the percentage chance of rare salvage is? On some items say a piece of armour for example, the common salvage will be iron ingots and the rare salvage will be steel ingots. What percentage chance is there of getting the steel. Is it in anyway linked to lucky and unlucky title tracks? Stu.

Trader being out

Do we really need to have on every single rare material page that the trader might be out. Why can't we just put that right here and clean up all the pages? Saya Maho 22:41, 3 March 2009 (UTC)

It already says You may even find a trader "out of stock" if there is very little supply. on Trader, so in theory everything else is superfulous. It applies to common materials and stuff in theory, too, and certinly FOW scrolls atm :). --Star Weaver 16:49, 1 June 2009 (UTC)

Elite/maxed items correction

Corrected an oversight, not all maxed items require rare crafting materials, every prophecies class has an elite armour craftable from only (large quantities of) common crafting materials (example: Elementalist Elite Flameforged armor). Phores 11:25, 28 May 2012 (UTC)
