Terminator Franchise... I dont believe so. Pest exterminators use the exact term "Verminator" for their businesses. I think its too broad of a reference. Unless said by an Anet official (lol wuts that?) I vote to have that part removed from the note/trivia thingy. -/- As to not cause a revert war I posted my thoughts on the talk page, please dont yell at me to just do it if I think so-/- Discuss 06:01, 31 December 2009 (UTC)

Mmm okay people, I would like to use the discussion page to air your ideas before making edits that other people will decide to undo. If or when the community comes to a majority agreement on what should be done about the trivia note then that would be the decision. Please, please use the discussion page. -/- Discuss 18:56, 3 January 2010 (UTC)
From the 1913 dictionary: Ver"mi*nate (?), v. i. [L. verminare to have worms, fr. vermis a worm.] To breed vermin. Wiki-kids think alligator was the terminator who allies. 74.78.0.55 08:42, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
not a portmanteau either. Vermin-ate-or: vermin - to make - one who. One who makes vermin. (Forget Latin, English is dead.) 74.78.0.55 08:54, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
  • As above, per Webster's Dictionary, a verminator is one who breeds vermin. The derogatory example is one of an unwanted dog who lays about and only breeds fleas and worms.
  • the second note is an attempt to inform aspiring editors that some people thought it would be cooler to call themselves and their show Verminators rather than "exterminators". To my knowledge, exterminators only exterminate vermin, so there's no need (except sensationalization) to use any word other than exterminator.
In the spirit of the game, perhaps the developers thought it interesting to have an opponent representing an exterminator who sees the players as vermin -- but why not give him any more killing power than ordinary kappa? Sure a fearsome foe would be a boss. On the other hand, as a player, I see Sheldon and the other kappa as vermin, so Sheldon might be the father. At least that fits with the definition of verminate. But still, that Sheldon has bred all other kappa (or other vermin) is speculation, which is why I did not list in the page. I only included two facts.
