If this is bought are the skills unlocked only on PvP characters? If yes is it therefore possible to gain access to these skills using tomes???71.67.108.111 15:05, 22 November 2008 (UTC)
- Yes, just like any unlock via Balthazar, it is only available for PvP characters and Heroes unles you learn it on a PvE character via a trainer, cap, or tome. So also yes, you can then learn them with skill tomes. Biscuits

Just wondering, but if I buy the skill packs, does that mean I can just buy a bunch of tomes for the skill title tracks? Living grudge 02:54, 10 January 2009 (UTC)
About Skill Unlock Pack...[edit]
If you buy a Skill Unlock Pack e.g Core Skill Unlock Pack, then all the core skills will be unlocked on your PvP character aswell as on all the Heroes your PvE character has unlocked. And yes the skills from the skills unlock pack can be learned through tomes...
Idea?[edit]
What if Anet did an Elite Unlock Skill Pack? Of course it had to be more expensive than the Normal Skill Unlock Packs... Opinions?
- Wouldn't really be feasible unless it contained *all* elites for all campaigns, since the elite skills are included in the regular packs anyway. Biscuits 16:34, 30 July 2009 (UTC)

Yes, i meant ALL the elites in one pack... It's just because i've already unlocked every normal in game through Balthazar, and starting to unlock every elite with the default Balth cap (10k) is kinda slow and boring, in my opinion... R0cki 10:30, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
