When has Shield of Deflection been used in the past 8 years? Maybe someone use it once a month. When is Shroud of Distress used? All the time. Koda 20:29, 17 October 2015 (UTC)

It seems it had 5s recharge at release, which is quite interesting. Was nerfed on the 12 October 2007, though...And i said nothing about party-wide... I don't play healing or prot monk anyway.--93.25.120.137 23:17, 17 October 2015 (UTC)
