...people refer to signet of rage? -Auron 02:55, 17 May 2010 (UTC)

I've seen people still refer to it. They're mostly wammos. →[ »Halogod User Halogod35 Sig.png (talk ]← 02:58, 17 May 2010 (UTC)
Then why are you listing it? Keep these pages useful, not the opposite. -Auron 03:19, 17 May 2010 (UTC)
If it's already a disambig and not a redirect, there's no reason not to list all the possibilities. User Felix Omni Signature.pngelix Omni 03:20, 17 May 2010 (UTC)
Yeah, actually there is. They're fucking useless. We're here to document the game, not possible abbreviations that are not used. Remember, people type in SoR when they've heard it referenced and they're looking to find out what it means. If we list every possible skill, town, armor piece or boss that can be abbreviated SoR, the list will be bloated and confusing. This is a bigger problem on pages like SS or CC, where people insist on listing useless shit like Canthan Calendar, but it is a problem that we need to be mindful of on all disambig pages. You need to remember the goal of the page is not to list every possibility, it's to direct people where they want to go based on what they heard in game. -Auron 03:33, 17 May 2010 (UTC)
There are 6 skills. I see no towns, armor pieces, or bosses, and I challenge you to find even a dozen such articles. The page isn't long enough to cause a scroll bar even in a 800x600 resolution. It's not even as long as the sidebar. You're basically whining about nothing. Now, if you said "Let's change this article to redirect to the single most likely skill," I would say yes, that has merit. But you want to arbitrarily remove a single bad skill from a list of bad skills. That's just silly. User Felix Omni Signature.pngelix Omni 03:35, 17 May 2010 (UTC)
I don't want to remove a single bad skill from a list of bad skills, I want to remove all the unused skills from all the disambig pages (thanks for putting words in my mouth though, can't imagine what it would be like if you did a few minutes of research on this topic and found all the other posts I've made about it). This is not the first time I've posted on this matter, nor will it be the last.
PS "it's bad but there are other bad skills so let's just leave it bad" is terrible logic. -Auron 14:31, 17 May 2010 (UTC)
