Commemorative of who?

All the commemorative weapons are replica's of significant figures in the WiK. I can guess this weapon was named after a mursaat, likely the final one you kill, but I'm not sure as the name doesn't specifically identify someone and I didn't pay attention to the weapon's the mursaat used. There are some Spectral 'things' in WiK; like the Spectral Infusion, Lucent the Spectral,.... But most likely i think it is "dropped" by Lucent --Mann 10:21, 14 July 2010 (UTC)

Dyed

Wich color is it dyed with? I think something like black. Coz the head is only affected (stated on the Viridian Scepter page)--Mann 10:22, 14 July 2010 (UTC)
