I *think* the Elite skill is Ether Prodigy. Unfortunately, I captured it too soon to check if it really is him I got it from. It's either him or Charr Effigy, which is listed to have Mind Burn instead, and probably not a boss. Still, I hesitate to write it in the article, I might be wrong. Anyone looking for will read the discussion too, I guess ;-) --Cp 20:27, 28 January 2008 (UTC)

He spawns the Effigy upon aggro, not defeat. -BellonaBacchus
