creepy icon... --'ÑöẊĭƑý 20:28, 6 July 2008 (UTC)
- I can't exactly figure out what that actually depicts. Is it a long tongue, a bunch of mouths, an enlengthened yaw or what? —ZerphaThe Improver 21:16, 6 July 2008 (UTC)
- Looks like the pinchers of some sort of insect. --64.231.215.138 03:21, 8 December 2008 (UTC)
- You can check out the enlarged version over at GuildWiki. It's basically a creepy man with a very, very large tongue. -- AudreyChandler 05:21, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
- Kinda cool, actually. It looks like the necromancer's tongue becomes disfigured and laden with runes, allowing him to "taste" his foe's pain, and use it to his advantage.
- Look like Diesel to me :D --Sanka02 11:50, 28 August 2010 (UTC)

Simply screams "buff me!"[edit]
- Completely inferior to Signet of Lost Souls in every way. Maybe if it stole life from the foe you targeted it would become more useful -- kind of a Necromancer version of "Finish Him!". ~ Chao :3 01:24, 14 November 2009 (UTC)
- With life steal, what's to stop people in PvP using it to spike? The same goes for PvE with triple necro builds. --Curin Derwin 13:18, 28 August 2010 (UTC)
Concise description[edit]
Tested this in a scrimmage. Taste of Pain does not trigger Scourge Healing. Blue Totoro 02:47, 1 July 2016 (UTC)
