Watch out for this guy; He'll wipe out your team with a single Spirit Rift in HM if you don't have something like Shelter or TNtF up at the time. He's also swarming with other mobs with nukey skills. Just found out the hard way when I went to cap Spike Trap (the 2nd to last Elite I needed to cap to have them all) from his neighbouring boss. There's a tunnel just outside the entrance to Sunjiang District nearby though that makes a lovely place to funnel all the Am Fah through into a meatgrinder, just block it up with a tank.
Also note that this guy appears even if you haven't done Minister Cho's. I just vanquished with a character who has done only Cleansing Bukdek Byway, and ran into this boss... and he, as described above, wiped my team with one hit. Careful pulling was required to get through.
