um, this isn't a max stat weapon. "i am sorrow" goes up to +7<50

It's different. This is +5 while target is hexed

perfect "i am sorrow" is +7 (while hexed)

it seems that +5 while hexed is the max in prophecies. i've gotten a handful of gold wands with +5 while hexed on them, which shouldn't happen if +7 is the max. for the inscription, 7 is max, but for inherent, it only goes up to 5
