Half the district is closed of and will not allow you to go much off the designated path, it just tells you that you're headed in the wrong direction of the stronghold 188.28.167.7 03:21, 30 September 2011 (UTC)
They'll only start battling, when you're close enough. You'll see some speaking before they start moving.
I was able to defeat Reisen The Phoenix only to end the mission. Pulled with a bow and threw PI on him to end the mission. 74.136.162.174
