I've tried everything I can think of to get through this. My MMs built a lot of minions and I wait for the ministry and JBs to fight it out. I even try to sneak through with no success. Any tips?
Nevermind. What I did was attck the cleric of each group first before anybody else. Wiped them out pretty quickly.
Safer method?[edit]
I just completed this quest in HM and didn't find this mentioned in the wiki. It seems the only required kill is Reisen the Phoenix. Also, if you stay on the south side of the bridge directly away from the mob only Reisen the Phoenix will turn hostile. You can then use a hero to lure him onto the bridge without the rest of the mob becoming hostile. Once he goes down, just wait for the dialogue to finish and the quest to update.
