this is waht shadow form should be turned into a leet version of this The Golden Arrow 02:52, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

...No, it shouldn't. Blocking would make Shadow Form rather useless; anti-block is way too easy to obtain. Seriously. If anything like this, Shadow Form could cause the old Evade effect, since that has no skills to counter it, currently(that I know of, anyway). -- Kite 02:23, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
I remember one skill that could counter Evade, off the top of my head, Sun and Moon slash, 1 couldn't be blocked, other couldn't be evaded. 216.119.178.127 14:08, 16 February 2009 (UTC)

How Much Adrenaline is Gained?[edit]

I'm wondering, how much adrenaline does it gain when it blocks an attack skill? Bisurge 04:03, 19 June 2008 (UTC)

this skill seems lacking... i donno perhaps if it lasted longer or didnt cost so much... i mean i gues the purpose of the skill is to help recharge a warriors nrg and adrenaline in a pinch but it would be rare for a warrior to have 10 pts of nrg in a "Pinch" and it realy doesnt last long enough for one to plan ahead of time. i would like to see somthing more like this: Weary stance for 5-7 seconds (and thats being modest) if u are below 50-55% health you have 75% chance to block attacks... for every attack skill blocked you gain 5 nrg and "some" adrenaline. 5 nrg cost, 18 sec recharge time. this makes it usefull and managable w/o being too "overpowered". 68.26.76.118 07:53, 7 July 2008 (UTC) Auron Lives!!

Assassin's nightmare.

You can go against Assassins, Paragons and Rangers with confidence with this stance and probably it will pay it self anyhow. :(Insert a Long Adrenaline Required Skill) will charge it self when you approach a Ranger/Warrior shrine with this. If the target ain't using spamming skills against you, bad luck.--ShadowFog 00:35, 26 September 2008 (UTC)
wary stance also does not wear off untill after the skill is used so it gives int prevention for 1 spell. can be usefull for farming high int areas if the right build is used.
The orignal question is still unanswered even now......--TNT 22:48, 16 September 2009 (UTC)
I'm guessing one strike, since it doesn't specify an amount. --Aldarik 22:53, 16 September 2009 (UTC)

Block on "Attacks" or "Attack Skills" only?[edit]

The wiki considers an attack skill to also be just an attack (a.k.a hitting anyone with a melee weapon without using a skill). I just want to clarify, if you were against a melee group, would they be missing you 100% of the time? Or only when they use a skill? 204.97.107.169 22:07, 7 October 2008 (UTC)

Only on attack SKILLS. Misery 22:09, 7 October 2008 (UTC)

Blocks all attacks from bound spirits[edit]

That's logical based on the description but not necessarily obvious. (Tested it to make sure.) Occasionally useful against stuff like Wanderlust and Dissonance. — 130.58 (talk) 09:28, 22 July 2009 (UTC)

does it cause adrenaline and energy gain if you block non-skill attacks?[edit]

Let's say you have wary stance and riposte/deadly riposte (or perhaps aegis/displacement on you setup by teammate) and so you can block normal attacks as well. does it cause adrenaline and energy gain if a normal attack is blocked this way? K61824 21:38, 26 February 2011 (UTC)

Bow Attacks[edit]

Does this skill block bow attacks as well? I tried rezzing in RA while under Wary Stance and I was rupted twice in a row. 64.252.194.131

If they were using something unblockable like Magebane Shot, this won't help. 24.197.253.243 22:30, 3 August 2011 (UTC)
