BUG OR GLITCH[edit]
There can be a problem with this quest: Kane will not appear, nor will the margonites, if a player in the party has already done the quest.
A group of 4 players went to do this quest, which 3 of us had in our quest log. One member of the party had already completed the quest. When we arrived at the spot marked on the map, the quest updated to say we had found Kane. But neither he nor the margonites were there. So we could not go on and complete the quest. We attempted this twice.
Later, two of the members of the previous party, both of whom had the quest, went to the spot and Kane appeared, with the margonites, as he should. Quest completed successfully.
